Introducing Amy Butler...and a little monogram Monday!

Last Friday we got the BEST box from the cute guy in the brown suit....a box full of goodies by the uber talented Amy Butler!

If you sew or are just a fabric junkie like I am, you are probably familiar with Amy and her gorgeous fabrics.  Here are some of my favorites:

Amy's story is a simple one.  She grew up in the midwest where got her love of design from her mother and grandmother.  She went to art school, fell in love, married and moved back to the midwest and started a business.  She has been wildly successful and she and her husband advocate living simply and giving back as part of their business philosophy...we love that!

Here are a few of the fantastic pieces we have in stock:

Doesn't this make you want to pack a bag??

This Sara tote would make a great Mother's day gift!

Love the wallet!

We have lots more and our stock will rotate as pieces are sold.  This gorgeus line makes a great graduation gift (the traveler and cosmetic bags) that is very special.  It would also be lovely as bridesmaids gifts or a special birthday gift.  Special orders are welcome, too, if you see a piece that we don't have in stock.

On another note, I have to share a quick monogram Monday goodie.  Isn't this just the cutest???

Hope to see you in the store soon!
